In view of the fact Phoenix has experienced record heat, and the reported number of system failures, we were glad to have repairs performed the next morning. Todd quickly diagnosed the problem and made sure we understood what needed to be done and what to expect repairs would cost. Within the hour the system was corrected and cooling again.

Responded to leaking bathroom faucet. Disassembled faucet components following manufacturer guidelines. Replaced faulty cartridge, springs, and seals with OEM repair kit. Reinstalled faucet body, attached water supply lines using approved pipe joint compound. Checked for leaks under pressure. Adjusted hot/cold water mix calibration. Unit reassembled properly, now providing drip-free water flow.
Arrived at a home to repair a kitchen sink faucet. It was leaking during operation, but it is now fixed. The customer was pleased with the plumbing repair.
Went out to replace a failed heating element on an AO Smith water heater. I removed the old element and installed the new one, ensuring a proper seal and connection. I then tested the unit to ensure it was working properly before leaving the home.
